    In Round 2 of the Nations Cup 2012, Belgium faces the USA. http://www.dubrovnik.apbg.net/teams.php

    Walter Meuwis (replacing Michel Lamote, on holiday), will face Ed O’Laughlin, appearing in Marty Storer’s great book(s) “Backgammon Praxis”. Geert van der Stricht will face Jeremy Bagai. Guy Van Middelem and myself we’ve already played our matches. Guy lost and I won, so currently BEL vs. USA is 1-1. Everything’s possible!

    Friday, Walter lost 8-11 against Frank Frigo, who played on world class level. Belgium vs. USA 1 – 2. Geert plays the fourth match on Wednesday.

    Jeremy Bagai (USA) vs. Geert Van der Stricht 11-5, Belgium loses 1-3 against the USA. Jeremy and Geert played excellently, “World Class” versus “Expert”. The last game had a high entertainment value, with a correct 4-cube and 8-cube, both double/take, and a bunch of jokers.
