Note the following rules :
a) the team captains need to contact each other as promptly as possible to arrange a date. The visiting team’s captain needs to take the initiative. The date is then relayed to the Tournament Director. (Please, put me in copy of all your mails – guy.van.middelem@pandora.be – I plan to come and see if possible).
b) an encounter between 2 teams consists of 3 rounds of 3 matches to 7 points ; preferably, clocks will be used. (Provided by the home team ; if that’s not possible, contact the away captain to try to have at least 3 clocks).
c) send me the result of the encounter (and also the results of the 9 played matches – for our statistics).
