After a two-year interruption caused by the pandemic, the 4 Cubes competition was restarted in 2022 by three teams: Brussels, Gent and Leuven. Read more about the format in the announcement.
In July 2022, Brussels and Leuven fought a duel to decide who had the right to challenge Gent, who had won the trophy in 2019. It was Brussels who won the challenge (report).
The final between Gent and Brussels was played on October 22 (announcement). Gent won the encounter (report) and thereby kept the title and the trophy.
