BIC 2019: Conclusion of group phase and start play-off

Dear backgammon friends,

Please find hereby the BIC 2019 results so far. We are nearly reaching the play-off phase.

Hoeylaerts Steven & Yalçin Mahir play a play-off the 15^th of September for 1^st place in group B D2. Winner of this play-off is qualified for the BIC 2019 play-off and goes to BIC 2020 D1. Loser of this play-off plays against Pino Maurits (ranked 2^nd in D2 group A) to try to qualify for the BIC 2019 play-off and to go to BIC 2020 D1.
